I'm Lucas Knight of Signal Realtors, and a proud native of the Minot area. I grew up in Minot, graduated from Minot High School, and attended college in Grand Fork and Fargo. Real estate is in my blood as my Dad "forced" me to help him with rentals and flipping houses starting at a young age. I was fortunate enough to work with my Dad at Signal Realtors for around 2 years before his retirement. He instilled in me a strong work ethic and the philosophy that work should also be fun. That means when you work with me, you not only get my enthusiasm and commitment to find you the best deal but also the resources of the many years of experience my Dad has shared with me.
